Institute of Safety, Security and IT (ISSIT) Ltd is the first private educational, consultancy and research institute in Bangladesh on Security, Protection and Crime prevention with a wide range of very specialized international security services including training, risk management, security consultancy, investigation, intelligence gathering and high-risk security related solutions.

Security is a big concept and it encompasses many dimensions that have wide ranging implications and need to be understood in the context of larger global and regional perspective. There is hardly any denying fact that much of the socio-economic development is contingent upon the overall security situation of any specific location. However expertise and researchers are finding difficulties to define the terms security, threat and its spectrum specially post cold war in the age of globalization. As part of promoting awareness and research program on security we take pride to publish the first private security journal in Bangladesh 'The Security'.
